Discover how plastic is infiltrating our daily lives at a panel discussion hosted by Rhode Island PBS at the University of Rhode Island on Aug. 21 at 6 p.m. The event will feature a screening of the "Rhode Island PBS Weekly" segment, "Green Seeker: Plastic Pollution," followed by a conversation moderated by "Rhode Island PBS Weekly" reporter Michelle San Miguel. University of Rhode Island researchers will discuss how plastic affects the human brain, the increasing exposure to plastics, and how plastic pollution is harming our environment. The event is free to attend. Registration is required.
